- Payment

Prices and Currency
All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.

What methods of payment do you accept?
For online orders we accept payment via PayPal or direct deposit. Paypal is a free, secure, online payment service that accepts most major credit cards.  While it is simple to create an account, it is not necessary to do so in order to make a purchase - just click on "continue" when you are re-directed to the PayPal site after checkout and you will be able to enter your credit card details. For more information on PayPal click here.

We are also able to accept payment via direct deposit - select the "Email for direct deposit" option at checkout and we will contact you with details to complete the order.




- Postage

Postage Costs
For postage within Australia, postage for large artworks costs $20, small artworks $10 and card orders under $60 are free. Please note that $20 is the most you will pay for an order (even if it contains multiple items).

How are items posted?
All of our products will be carefully wrapped and packaged - we would hate to see them damaged too! For postage within Australia, cards and smaller items will be sent via Australia Post, however
mondocherry artwork will be sent via a courier service where possible.

Do you post worldwide?
Yes, we are happy to post our products worldwide using Australia Post's international service. Please
email us first to confirm postage costs and payment method.

When will my purchases be posted?
Once you've purchased something, we know you want it as soon as possible! We will make every effort to ship your order within 1 to 3 days of receiving payment. For purchases made using Paypal this is usually straight away. Direct deposit transfers sometimes can take 1-2 days themselves before the funds clear. We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped, or if there are any significant delays.


- Wholesale

Do you sell wholesale?   
Yes, we would love to talk to you about stocking any mondocherry products in your shop or business. Contact us for further details.

- General

Can you make to order?
We are happy to create artworks in different sizes, colours or designs to complement your interior. Please contact us to discuss your ideas.

What is your returns policy?
Here at
mondocherry we strive to create and deliver to you a quality product that we would be happy to have in our own homes.  If you are in any way unhappy with the product that you receive, contact us immediately to discuss a solution.

Do you use stamps or cutters to create your products?
No, each of our artworks, cards and decorations are individually hand cut by us with scissors...as our fingers are willing to testify!

Is your artwork ready to hang?
Yes, each of our large artworks come with hanging wire already attached. Our small artworks have a backing stand and hanging hook attached.

Where do you source your vintage illustrations and text?
We find our damaged vintage books at garage sales, charity shops and fetes...often in dusty boxes under tables about to be thrown away. We love giving them a new life in our artworks and stationery where they can be admired and appreciated.

Colour
Due to variations in the way colours are displayed on different computers, the colours in our products may vary slightly from what is shown on this website.
