Shipping

Shipping Rates

Shipping cost will be calculated based on the item(s) purchased.  

Shipping for non-artwork items within Australia is free for orders over $150 or else a flat rate of $12. Shipping cost for artworks will be calculated based on your location and for Australian based deliveries will vary between $200 and $300, or $500 to $700 internationally (see our Artwork Shipping information page for more details). The actual postage cost will be calculated and displayed after entering full delivery address details at checkout. 

Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information or for quotes for sending internationally.

How are items and artworks posted?

All of our products will be carefully wrapped and packaged - we would hate to see them damaged too! For postage within Australia, most items will be sent via a courier service.

For shipping our artworks, we use Rebul to package the artworks in their specialised made-to-measure crates.  Rebul have years of experience in packaging and transporting delicate and valuable items. Please visit our Artwork Shipping information page for more details.

For those who live locally in Melbourne, you also have the opportunity to pickup your goods from our store

Do you post worldwide?

We are happy to post our products worldwide using an international courier service. Shipping costs will be displayed after entering your delivery address during checkout, however if you receive a message that we do not send to your country, contact us to get a shipping quote or for any other enquiries regarding international shipping.

Can I track my order?

For non-artwork items, we use Sendle to manage and track all deliveries.  You will be sent a tracking notification and updates of the delivery status from the time it leaves the shop to when it arrives on your doorstep!  Of course, if you have any questions you can contact us.

We will keep you up to date with progress of artwork orders, both through the creation (for custom orders) and delivery process.

Can you post to a PO Box?

Many of the couriers we use cannot deliver to a PO Box, so an actual delivery address is required.  If this is not possible, please contact us beforehand to make sure that we can arrange delivery.

Gift Services

Mailing List

By signing up to our mailing list you consent to mondocherry sending advance notice of sales, new stock shipments and other events to the email address you provide. The email address you provide will be for the internal use of mondocherry only. We will not sell or rent your email address to any third parties. To unsubscribe from the mondocherry email list please contact us at mondocherry@mondocherry.com.au.

Gift Wrapping

If you'd like your purchase gift wrapped, just let us know in the "additional comments" section of your shopping cart prior to checkout.  We'd be more than happy to wrap it for you for no additional charge.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable both on our online store and in person.

Colours

Due to variations in the way colours are displayed on different computers, the colours in our products may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.

Custom Orders

Each one of our original artworks is uniquely made by us, hand painted, cut and carefully assembled with lots of love!  It is impossible for us to replicate exactly any artwork that we have made before, nor would we want to, as providing you with an entirely original price is very important to us.  We are however, able to create something similar, so pop over to our portfolio page and have a browse.

Things in store vs online

The items we have available online are just a small selection of the items available through our retail store.  Come and visit us if you are in Melbourne to browse through all our goodies, and feel free to contact us to purchase items you may see on our social media sites that haven't made it to our online store yet.

Prices, Payments and Returns

Prices and GST

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.

Accepted Methods of Payment

For online orders we accept payment via:

  • Credit Card; 
  • PayPal; 
  • ApplePay; or
  • Direct Deposit. 

Paypal is a free, secure, online payment service that accepts most major credit cards. While it is simple to create an account, it is not necessary to do so in order to make a purchase - just click on "continue" when you are re-directed to the PayPal site after checkout and you will be able to enter your credit card details. We also accept payment by direct deposit. When using this method, please clearly state your order number in the transaction reference. Your order will be sent once we have confirmed that the payment has been received. You can speed up dispatch by emailing your payment confirmation to mondocherry@mondocherry.com.au. If we have not received payment within 3 working days and no further correspondence from you, your order will be cancelled.

Returns

Here at mondocherry we strive to create and deliver to you a quality product that we would be happy to have in our own homes. If you are in any way unhappy with the product that you receive you are welcome to return it within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at mondocherry@mondocherry.com.au to arrange this. Please note that we do not cover postage costs to return an item, and you must include a copy of your order invoice. Items must reach us in new condition, in their original packaging and we will send you a store credit for the cost of the item that can be used either online or in person in our store.


While we will take every measure to try to ensure your purchases arrive safe and sound, sometimes accidents may occur. In the event of your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for details of how to return your item for either a replacement, refund or store credit. Please note that this does not include items which may have small variations in colour and pattern compared to the pictures presented on the website. We are unable to accept returns on items after 7 days.
