Anne Black is a Copenhagan based designer who first fell in love with clay while studying ancient Chinese porcelain at school. After graduating for Design School she has combined her love of Scandinavian design with the desire to create functional yet beautiful porcelain pieces. In 2005, Anne founded a ceramic factory in north Vietnam where she works with skilled artisans who produce Anne's porcelain by hand throwing and painting each item. Creating jobs and ensuring sustainable processes is an important part of the Anne Black ethos.
